Mentoring in the workplace

A comprehensive course with an optional Level 3 qualification for all current, newly appointed or aspiring mentors.

Course overview

Delegates choosing the optional qualification route are required to provide a portfolio of evidence for all four modules.

Programme of delivery and support arrangements

This course is delivered as a series of five two-day training programmes which cover the full mentoring course. Delegates are provided with a comprehensive pack of materials to support their learning and complete the course.

Delegates opting for the qualification route are also required to undertake formal assessment and to prepare a portfolio of evidence. Support is provided during training sessions and also by e-mail on a distance-learning basis.
