Consultancy:The Management Consultancies Association (MCA) defines management consultancy as: 'the creation of value for organisations, through the application of knowledge, techniques and assets, to improve performance. This is achieved through the rendering of objective advice and/or the implementation of business solutions.' CITEs consultants can provide your organisation with solutions based on our objective analysis of your issues, problems or concerns. These may be related to solutions to issues relating to training and education, course or curriculum implementation, establishing or improving audit processes and/or procedures, quality monitoring and other systems, or clarifying specification requirements for your organisation's training programmes. We can help you to focus on strategic or operational issues (for example human, physical or financial) and, where we believe it is needed, we can provide you with support from specialists. The outcomes of our work will lead you and your organisation forward to organisational, behavioural or technological change. The level of support we can offer may be very simple a one-day visit to highlight key issues and focus on how you can move forward or it can be more extensive involving a programme of consultancy support that may stretch over weeks or months. An exemplar programme could include:
CITE's consultancy services will normally involve one of our specialist consultants working with either an individual or a small group of staff from your organisation. We are happy to have an initial discussion with you with no obligation. If you would like to find out more about how we can help you and your organisation, please contact us.
